Key Responsibilities Lead development efforts and grant writing to support programs and the School of Arts, Craft, and Culture.
Develop and manage fundraising strategies, donor relations, and grant calendars.
Collaborate with program leaders to align development efforts with strategic goals.
Support the Arts District's events, gallery activities, and the revolving fund home restoration program.
Engage with community partners, foundations, corporations, and government entities to secure funding.
Qualifications Proven experience in development and grant writing with a track record of securing funding.
Preference for candidates with experience in arts and education sectors.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment with initiative and creativity.
Strong communication, proposal, and relationship-building skills.
