Part-Time Fine Art Consultant

to join our team.

Candidate Requirements

Is naturally curious and continually invests in expanding their knowledge and skills to adapt to an evolving business environment.

Enjoys working with people and has a warm, engaging personality with a genuine sense of humor.

Is emotionally mature, professional, and confident in a luxury retail environment.

Works well in a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes to the gallery's success.

Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can confidently engage with collectors in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to following through on every client interaction.

Builds lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and thoughtful follow‑up.

Is creative, visually minded, and understands how to present artwork in compelling ways.

Enjoys using social media as a professional marketing and relationship‑building tool.

Is flexible with scheduling, punctual, and maintains a polished, professional appearance.

Is bilingual. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.

Remains composed under pressure, welcomes constructive feedback, and demonstrates emotional maturity and resilience.

Preferred Experience
Preferred experience includes:

Luxury retail, fine art, high‑end sales, or relationship‑based consulting.

Knowledge of fine art and art handling.

Fine art inventory management.

Exceptional client service and relationship management.

Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate client records.

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and basic photo editing and video.

Creating professional presentations and marketing materials.

Designing around artwork for client presentations, proposals, and social media.

Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging emails, social media posts, and client communications.

Active and professional social media presence.

Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software and technologies.

Ability to successfully pass a background check.
