You will influence how employees understand and engage with critical initiatives, driving successful outcomes and fostering clarity and adaptability.
This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in change communications will help translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, engaging messages that resonate across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support change managers in executing core change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness inputs.
Draft and maintain essential change communications, such as emails, announcements, talking points, FAQs, and leader toolkits.
Tailor messaging effectively for diverse audiences, including leaders, people managers, and general employees.
Collaborate with training and change leads to ensure communications are aligned with learning moments and project rollout timelines.
Manage communications calendars and support the strategic sequencing of messages to maximize impact.
Prepare cascade materials and presentations to enable leaders to effectively communicate changes within their teams.
Track communication deliverables and assist in gathering feedback or engagement data to refine strategies.
Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project-focused communications.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft clear and compelling content for business and employee audiences.
Familiarity with fundamental change management concepts, including impacts, adoption strategies, and resistance management.
Proficiency in creating professional presentations and written communications.
Comfortable and effective working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Nice to Have Qualifications

Exposure to recognized organizational change frameworks (e.g., Prosci or similar methodologies).
Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives.
