Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketer / Canvasser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in various settings, promoting our services, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to market outreach, including door‑to‑door interactions and community events. Enjoy uncapped commissions on closed deals and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door marketing efforts to promote our services and engage with potential customers.

Utilize effective communication techniques to convey the benefits of our offerings.

Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Supervise and train new team members on best practices in customer engagement and sales techniques.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from potential customers.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the marketing process.

Experience

Previous experience in canvassing from a home improvement company is not required.

Strong background in customer service is advantageous.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales is a plus.

Familiarity with supervising teams or leading projects will be beneficial.
