Job Summary/Description

Do you have a talent for turning marketing goals into compelling visual stories? We are looking for a creative Multimedia Designer to join the marketing team for PowerNation Studios. This role emphasizes graphic design and motion graphics to create assets for digital, social, and streaming platforms. If you are collaborative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple high-priority projects, we would like to hear from you.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Elevate brand styling: Enhance the look and feel of social media posts, YouTube thumbnails, and sales materials using established PowerNation and Circle brand identities.
Manage concurrent projects: Handle a high-volume workflow and multiple design projects simultaneously.
Develop creative brand assets: Design visual concepts for digital, social media, YouTube, and FAST channels.
Design for digital platforms: Create assets optimized for mobile, web, and streaming environments with brand consistency across touchpoints.
Collaborate with the team: Work with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team on daily initiatives, sales efforts, and digital campaigns, including thumbnails, social posts, video design, print design, and car concepts.
Maintain design standards: Ensure content is professional, high-quality, and aligned with brand identities.
Qualifications/Requirements

What You Bring:
Exceptional organization and time management: Ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong design portfolio: Experience in graphic design and motion graphics with a focus on digital and social media content.
Eye for digital trends: Understanding of what makes YouTube thumbnails and social posts engaging.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert-level knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Digital-first mindset: Ability to optimize design for various digital platforms, streaming services, and sales collateral.
Versatility and adaptability: Ability to design for diverse subjects, including automotive builds and lifestyle content.
