Responsibilities

Implement design concepts in architectural drawings.

Coordinate the work of consultants.

Work with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Support projects from design through construction administration phases.

Assist with construction administration.

Learn and develop technical knowledge in architectural design.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of professional experience.

BArch or BS in Architecture degree.

Effective communication, both verbal and written.

Strong design ability.

Excellent graphic skills.

Manual sketching ability.

Good organizational skills; works well with others.

Competence with Revit, Vectorworks or AutoCAD, and MS Word and Excel.

Valid California driver’s license.

Salary
This is an hourly position at $73,000 – $81,000 annually, plus overtime, depending on experience and skill level.
