UX Content Designer (2-4 years)

Title - UX Content Designer

Location- Pittsburgh, PA/Phoenix, AZ/Columbus, OH - Hybrid

TEAM DYNAMIC: • Collaborative environment with content designers, product owners, and design teams • Regular interaction with developers and senior leadership/management • Acts as the face of content review with Legal

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design • Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products • Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions • Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language • Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis) • Support design process by integrating content strategy • Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews • Present and explain content decisions to non-experts
