Role Description
The Relationship Officer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Branch, LA, responsible for managing and growing client relationships. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services. The Relationship Officer will conduct regular client meetings, handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, supporting sales and cross‑selling initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The role also requires monitoring portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for business growth, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong Business Relationship Management skills and the ability to build and sustain long‑term client partnerships.

Foundational knowledge of Finance and an understanding of financial products and services for micro, small, and medium enterprises.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening capabilities.

Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem‑solving, and client satisfaction.

Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on ethical and client‑centric selling.

Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; proficiency in basic office and CRM software; strong analytical and organizational skills; and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
