Job Description

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art locations within New York City. This role provides a total and unparalleled customer experience to all Equinox and shop visitors. The Style Advisor takes direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Style Advisor also assists with the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to total store goals
Maintain knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products
Understands and upholds all loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently
Assist the Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of all operational tasks
Help ensure the shop reflects company brand standards, execute merchandising and marketing direction, and adhere to the shop dress code
Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms
Qualifications

The ability to take direction
Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail
Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity
Excellent time management, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
Be available to work a varied schedule based on the needs of our retail business
Pay and Benefits

Pay Transparency:

$17.25 per hour, depending on shop volume and location.
