Overview

Colliers Engineering and Design is looking for a Marketing/Proposal Specialist to join us in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and edit marketing materials and proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs.
Collaborate with project teams to gather technical content and ensure proposal compliance.
Manage proposal timelines, track deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Support the preparation of presentations and other client-facing materials.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in proposal development and marketing content creation.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools; ability to learn proposal software as needed.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
