Job Location
Onsite in Kenosha, WI

Responsibilities

Lead all day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, production, material flow, quality performance, and equipment readiness.

Achieve key business metrics across safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost while maintaining a highly efficient and responsive manufacturing operation.

Set priorities and ensure alignment across production, engineering, quality, and materials to maintain production readiness.

Establish and maintain a safe and clean work environment, cultivating a behavior‑based safety culture.

Monitor KPIs and drive actions to close performance gaps.

Ensure consistent execution of standard work, production flow, and operational discipline.

Balance resources and adjust priorities to respond to demand changes and operational challenges.

Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset while providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness.

Drive continuous improvement and process‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Manage day‑to‑day production and optimize production flow, work instructions, rates, and standards.

Support training and development of all employees.

Additional responsibilities in support of overall business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (subject to relevance).
