Description
Looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a creative spark to support our Marketing Team in various marketing initiatives. This role blends assisting brand development with administrative tasks related to the team’s marketing plans, coordinating inhouse efforts with the President and Project Managers and interfacing with outsourced Marketing Consultants. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized professional capable of managing multiple projects and working closely with various teams/departments to ensure the successful promotion and representation of the Hancock brand.

Ultimately, you will work with the Marketing Team to help achieve the company’s immediate and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

Assisting the President in managing the Marketing team

Coordinating and tracking the company’s advertising and marketing campaigns

Coordinating/procuring data from Hancock Project Managers

Assisting with collateral needs such as photographs, banners, and related assets

Assisting with development of internal content for various social media accounts

Assisting in media planning and buying

Supporting the growth of the Marketing Department and Graphic Design Services

Managing outsourced vendors and consultants

Developing new initiatives and ideas

Coordinating purchasing of and managing the company Ticket Program

Assisting Events Committee

Requirements

Proactive self-starter with 2 years of experience in a marketing department or similar role

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Detail- and relationship-oriented; able to work well as part of a team

Able to manage many tasks simultaneously

Able to interact with a variety of stakeholders including sales

Strong people skills, follow-up skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Ability to work productively and efficiently under tight timelines
