Web Developer

Job Title: Web Developer
Position on-site at HTC Global Services.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build robust, scalable backend services and web APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.

Build and maintain cross‑platform web applications with the .NET framework to ensure consistent user experience across browsers and tablets.

Implement cloud solutions using core Azure services, including Azure Functions (serverless), App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Service Bus.

Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern design patterns and microservices architectures.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure automated, reliable deployments.

Optimize application performance through monitoring tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics) and implement secure coding practices (Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault).

Participate in code reviews, technical brainstorming, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities to deliver high‑quality features.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, promoting best practices in cloud development.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development, specifically .NET 6/7/8.

Front‑end technologies: ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS, and Blazor (good to have).

Azure Cloud: Hands‑on experience with Managed Identities, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure Key Vault.

Database: Proficient in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB.

Tooling

Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit).
