Role Description
Live Nation’s in-house Experiential team (LNEx) uses their unrivaled expertise in translating brand business objectives into actionable fan experiences across Live Nation properties from festivals to custom events to global hospitality to venues. LNEx is a full-service solution in concepting, designing, building, and executing bespoke experiences that seamlessly integrate brands into the Live Nation ecosystem. The LNEx team is the driving force within the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division, producing unforgettable live and virtual music experiences that help brand partners stand out.
LNEx is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive Producer to join our team focused on Festival Activation new business opportunities. This role provides strategic oversight of business growth for the LNEx team, ensuring new opportunities are identified, pitched, budgeted, and executed efficiently.
The Producer will centralize market insights, cultural fluency, and consumer data to inform activation strategies, while streamlining cross-functional collaboration to reduce inefficiencies and maximize revenue-generating capacity.
What This Role Will Do
Lead the strategic development and execution of new activation opportunities across Live Nation’s festival portfolio.
Develop and present strategic frameworks, pitch decks, narratives, and experiential concepts tailored to festival audiences and brand partners.
Collaborate with sales, creative, production, integrated marketing, and partnership teams to create integrated festival activations and brand experiences that drive value for clients.
Own end-to-end budget management for new brand activations, from initial scoping and forecasting through execution and reconciliation.
Identify emerging festival trends, competitive landscape shifts, and partnership opportunities to keep Live Nation at the forefront of experiential innovation.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, agencies, and internal partners to foster long-term business growth.
Support pitch processes, including RFP responses, client presentations, pitch decks, and creative brainstorms.
Leverage consumer insights, fan data, and cultural trends to inform strategic recommendations and activation design.
Maintain an organized library of case studies, insights, strategic tools, and pitch decks to support ongoing business development efforts.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance, proactively flag risks, and implement cost-saving solutions without sacrificing creative quality.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure budget alignment while maintaining high production standards.
Handle all confidential, proprietary, client, partner, and business-sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Support events on-site as needed or as requested by the Manager.
Represent Live Nation with a commitment to integrity, respect for others, inclusivity, collaboration, and professionalism.
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in experiential strategy, experiential marketing, brand partnerships, budget management, or agency-side new business development.
Proven track record of driving new business growth and managing complex stakeholder relationships in the live events or festival space.
Demonstrated success managing budgets for large-scale activations and live events, including forecasting, tracking, vendor negotiations, and reconciliation.
Deep knowledge of festival culture, audience behaviors, and the broader live entertainment ecosystem.
Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Ability to rapidly sketch and communicate ideas visually.
Experience collaborating with creative, sales, and production teams to bring strategic ideas to life.
Highly organized with exceptional project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, and project management platforms such as Asana, Airtable, and Slack.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to festivals, client meetings, and on-site activations as required.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Benefits
The expected compensation for this position is: $1,000 - $2,000 USD weekly.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
