Director of Talent Development

To support the growth of a global talent management strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Development will design and implement performance management, succession planning, and learning frameworks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Design and build globally scalable talent development practices that align with business outcomes
Lead a team to create frameworks for HR Business Partners to effectively deploy talent practices across all business units
Utilize data and technology to modernize talent development processes and measure program effectiveness

Required qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience focused on talent development, performance management, and succession planning
7+ years of experience in team leadership within high-growth or complex organizations
Proven ability to design and implement scalable talent frameworks across diverse geographies
Experience with modern learning and talent technologies, including LMS and performance platforms
Strong understanding of COE operating models and the role of HR Business Partners in executing talent strategies
