Leading strategic talent development initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Talent Development will design and execute programs that support career growth and organizational effectiveness while partnering with various teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of talent development initiatives, including onboarding and leadership development programs
Develop relationships with Professional Services Team leadership to understand development needs and coach managers on performance
Analyze talent development trends and provide recommendations on program design and organizational development priorities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in talent development, people operations, or human resources
Demonstrated experience with people analytics and data-driven decision-making
Proven expertise in designing and implementing talent development programs
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
