Responsibilities

Oversee daily sales operations and refine our approach to client acquisition in the Maryland market.

Coach and inspire our team of producers to hit their targets while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

Negotiate directly with top‑tier insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for our clients.

Develop and implement long‑term strategies that align with our growth goals for the district.

Identify and pursue partnerships with local businesses that align with our commitment to quality service.

Monitor industry trends to ensure we are offering the most relevant risk management solutions available.

Requirements

Current P&C and Life/Health Producer Licenses in Maryland.

Five or more years of leadership experience within an agency setting.

Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.

Advanced knowledge of commercial insurance policy structures and carrier underwriting guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience managing and mentoring high‑performing sales staff.

Strong comfort level with complex risk analysis and client advocacy.
