Engagement Manager – Fraud Strategy

Responsibilities

Support a US-based client in Debit Card Fraud Strategy
End-to-end ownership of fraud monitoring, strategy development, performance management, and loss optimization across debit card transactions
Design, optimize, and monitor debit card fraud strategies across card-present and card-not-present transactions
Perform root-cause analysis on fraud spikes and emerging trends.
Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in Debit Card Fraud Strategy or Fraud Analytics
Strong understanding of US retail banking fraud landscape
Experience with authorization and post-authorization fraud strategies
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Strong proficiency in SQL for large-scale data extraction
Hands-on experience with Python for analytics.
