Senior Living Marketing & Growth Director

Regency Oaks is seeking a Marketing and Sales Director to plan, develop, and coordinate all aspects of selling and marketing for independent living residences. You will direct sales, manage team performance, and drive lead generation through advertising, referrals, and events.
The role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with CRM and MS Office proficiency. Background screening through AHCA is required.
