Job Overview
As a CRE Relationship Manager II, you’ll play a key role in helping commercial real estate clients achieve their goals while building long‑term, trusted relationships. This position combines business development, portfolio management, and credit expertise, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients, communities, and the Bank's continued growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing large, complex commercial real estate relationships.

Build strong client relationships and actively market a broad range of banking solutions to meet complex business needs.

Negotiate loan terms and conditions within established lending authority.

Prepare and present credit analyses and lending recommendations for borrowing requests.

Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and underwriting standards.

Perform ongoing credit risk management through active portfolio monitoring and accurate risk rating assessments.

Monitor commercial real estate credits through periodic reviews and financial analysis.

Promote awareness of the Bank and its services through community involvement and professional networking.

Coach and mentor less experienced CRE Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers.

Comply with all Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable government regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).

Equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

6 or more years of experience in commercial real estate lending, credit analysis, and business development (Required).

Proven ability to develop, grow, and manage large, complex commercial real estate relationships.

Excellent at relationship management, client presentations, and negotiating successful outcomes.

In‑depth understanding of local commercial real estate markets and market trends.

Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to underwrite and structure complex commercial real estate credit transactions.

Deep knowledge of cash management products and treasury solutions.

Understanding of federal and state regulations related to commercial lending, credit administration, and appraisal guidelines.

Enjoyment of mentoring others and sharing expertise to support team success.

Compensation & Benefits

Up to 20% variable compensation (Annual incentive potential).

Targeted starting salary range based on experience: $173,670 – $204,317.
