Leidos is seeking a Program Ally and Midstream Marketing Manager to support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. The position will work from home and the Downtown Peoria office (2 days per week) and will coordinate marketing strategies with Ameren Illinois and Leidos leadership.

Location: Hybrid of remote and in‑office as described.

Ameren Illinois and Leidos prefer a candidate located in the Ameren Illinois service territory (southern two‑thirds of Illinois).

Responsibilities

Leading and executing marketing projects from start to finish, including co‑branded collateral, informational messaging, and partner strategy.

Serving as primary point of contact between the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Marketing team and Operations teams.

Developing, implementing, and measuring integrated marketing strategies for Program Allies and the Midstream channel.

Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness, and adjusting tactics based on data.

Collaborating with partners to create annual marketing plans and produce regular status reports.

Identifying new opportunities within the channels and staying current on industry trends.

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business with at least 2 years of marketing, sales, or related experience (more experience may compensate for a degree).

Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Strong organizational and project‑management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with high‑volume workload and short turnaround times.

Qualifications

Background in energy efficiency or retail preferred but not required.

Energetic, can‑do attitude.

Adaptability and flexibility with change.

Professional demeanor and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Pay Range: $52,000.00 – $94,000.00
