Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager for the Seal of Acceptance (SOA) program will take ownership of a portfolio of established SOA brand/manufacturer relationships, acting as their strategic partner and primary point of contact within the National Eczema Association (NEA), facilitating and communicating renewal processing, and managing administrative and technical aspects of NEA’s growing Seal of Acceptance™ program to foster continued program efficiency, growth, and impact. The Senior Account Manager will steward engagements, support program excellence, and collaborate across departments to ensure the continued growth and impact of the SOA program.
The SOA Senior Account Manager is a full-time (40 hours per week) position reporting to the Senior Director, Seal of Acceptance & Department Operations. This is a remote role with approximately 10-15% travel is required to various staff meetings, national industry and medical/scientific meetings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of established and complex Seal of Acceptance (SOA) brand and manufacturer accounts, driving partner satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and long-term strategic engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to brands/manufacturers by leveraging account insights, industry trends, and product performance data to identify opportunities for renewals, portfolio expansion, new product submissions, and deeper engagement with NEA programs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies that increase participation in the Seal program, expand approved product portfolios, and strengthen brands' investment in NEA's mission.
- Educate SOA brand/manufacturer contacts on NEA programs, events, sponsorship opportunities, and organizational initiatives while proactively cultivating relationships with additional stakeholders across marketing, social media, product development, regulatory, and executive teams.
- Represent NEA with professionalism and credibility in all brand/manufacturer interactions, advancing the organization’s mission and values.
- Own annual licensing renewal efforts, ensuring timely invoicing, contract compliance, and retention of accepted products while maintaining accurate account records and pipeline visibility within Salesforce.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Corporate Engagement, Research, and other internal teams to identify and develop strategic sponsorship, marketing, educational, and engagement opportunities that create mutual value for partners and the eczema community.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Seal of Acceptance & Department Operations to develop and implement growth strategies for the Seal program, optimize Salesforce utilization for business development and impact tracking, and generate reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with brands to ensure compliant and impactful use of the SOA Logo across packaging and marketing materials, strengthening Seal program visibility, consumer trust, and overall program value.
- Support financial operations by tracking accounts receivable and other financial activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of Seal program records, while leveraging Salesforce and reporting tools to monitor account performance, revenue trends, and growth opportunities.

- Strong proficiency in database management, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Advanced PC skills using Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, Google Tools, Microsoft Office products; Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public health, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in an account management, client success, corporate partnerships, project management, and/or operations role
- Experience and understanding of basic accounting principles and database management.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute and oversee projects. Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This position is performed in a remote home office setting and requires prolonged periods of computer use, participation in virtual meetings, and the ability to carry out essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
