Employee Engagement Account Executive

Zeno Group is seeking an Account Executive focused on Employee Engagement to support internal communications and change management programs for leading organizations. You will develop materials, conduct research and contribute to programs that strengthen culture and improve employee experiences.
You will work closely with account teams, helping craft emails, newsletters, leadership communications and other employee-facing content, while managing timelines and supporting day-to-day client work.
