Job Summary
At ULAC, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing our seasonal main line and special projects to life through innovative graphics and print design. Partnering closely with the Design Team, this role will support the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and delivering work that meets both company and departmental deadlines. The Graphic Designer will also collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, and Production to provide creative support for ad hoc initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of design into broader business goals.

Essential Functions

Graphic knowledge and well informed in current graphic trends within the art and fashion.

Design and explore new graphic applications on product to compliment seasonal narrative.

Research and participate in creating seasonal inspiration.

Create tech packs with detailed specs that include sizing, special treatments, print techniques and art placement.

Develop new dynamic designs and enhance exiting concepts.

Adhere to timelines and meet all deadlines while producing high-quality work.

Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors in a related field or 1-3 years of work-related experience in Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ability to develop designs consistent with the brand look and feel.

Keep up and understand market trends to develop branding and graphics.

Extensive software knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload seamlessly and follow-up.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team under critical time frames.

Self-driven and experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company/department.

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing relevant print design work.
