Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will drive the media strategy and activation plans for DC&PC brands (Paid Media & Advocacy) in accordance with global guidelines and the local objectives of each brand, providing insights to Brand Activation Managers (BAM), accompanying them and coordinating with them and media agencies to define, execute, measure, and optimize media plans, also ensuring a consistent multi-brand vision and alignment.
Detailed Responsibilities
Define Pure Media & Advocacy strategies, investments, media mix, and planning with the Brand Activation Manager (BAM) in accordance with business and media objectives, global guidelines, and the omnichannel plan.
Support the BAM in the operational management of media plans with media agencies and media content localisation, in accordance with the defined activation kits and mechanics, ensuring their correct execution.
Lead the "Pierre Fabre" relationship with media & advocacy agencies: onboarding, guidelines, KPIs, execution quality, measurement, competitor benchmarking, and best practices or market and media trends.
Lead the "Subsidiary" relationship with the IBU Digital Leader & global Consumer & Patient Activation teams ("Connexion," which defines global media guidelines and KPIs, and "Digital Marketing," which is responsible for brand activation plans and kits).
Manage media performance measurement, analyze, provide reports and insights to Brand Activation Managers, and propose optimizations and recommendations to local and global teams.
Act as a "driving force" for optimization and continuous improvement, guidelines and associated tools + benchmarking of the competition and media best practices.
Ensure consistency and strategic alignment across multiple brands.

Key Skills, Experience & Education
Education: Higher education and complementary training in marketing. Bachelor’s degree is a must, Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in media in a "client" or "agency" role, preferably in the beauty or dermocosmetics sector. Experience in coordinating with media agencies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Media & Advocacy expertise: knowledge of paid, owned, earned media channels and media activation orchestration. Experience with media performance evaluation and reporting.
Languages: Intermediate to advanced English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Computer skills: Proficiency in Office suite: knowledge of Microsoft 365, solid knowledge of Excel, presentation tools, and knowledge of media platforms.
