At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work. Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. We are seeking a dynamic, analytically-driven strategist to join our Digital Growth Initiatives team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our Digital Experience organization, contribute to Apple's new market expansion strategy, and develop digital commerce briefs that shape experiences for millions of customers. You are a confident communicator and structured thinker who thrives at the intersection of business planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven storytelling.

Description
The ideal candidate is a business-minded strategist with a strong analytical foundation and a natural instinct for clear, compelling communication. You bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems and translate data and insights into recommendations that drive alignment and action. You operate effectively under limited supervision, managing competing priorities with precision and care. You are highly organized and methodical — comfortable sweating the details while keeping the bigger picture in view. You are confident presenting to and partnering with senior leaders, and you know how to tailor a message for the room. You build strong cross-functional relationships with intention, earning trust through transparency, follow-through, and a collaborative approach. You have a bias toward action and a track record of turning strategic direction into structured, executable plans.

Responsibilities

Digital Experience Operations – Manage the operational rhythm of the Digital Experience organization. This includes planning and executing key operational activities such as quarterly business reviews, monthly leadership reviews, and org-wide communications. You will maintain portfolio and project tracking systems, support capacity and resource planning, and champion process improvements – including AI‑assisted workflows – that help the team operate with greater efficiency and focus.

Market Expansion Planning – Contribute to the development of Apple's new market expansion framework – building and maintaining a structured model that evaluates, tracks, and prioritizes potential market opportunities. You will synthesize macroeconomic, geopolitical, and societal data into clear analyses and recommendations, supporting the team's ability to assess market potential and make informed expansion decisions. This is highly cross‑functional work with key partners including Finance, Store Operations, Real Estate, Regional Teams, Channel Partners, and Apple Services.

Digital Experience Briefs – Develop, manage, and socialize digital commerce strategies and creative briefs across a range of Apple initiatives – with a focus on Services, Fulfillment, and broader digital experience programs. You will shepherd briefs from ideation through prototyping and testing, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and maintaining a clear connection between customer needs and business objectives.
