Customer Experience Lead – Front End & Loyalty Programs

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our Moorestown, NJ location for a customer-experience focused supervisor role. You will lead a front-of-store team to deliver prompt, courteous service, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store.
Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to train Associates. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required; prior leadership experience is a plus.
