Customer Experience Lead — Front End & Loyalty Programs

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end lead role at TJ Maxx in Waxahachie, TX.
You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion, while modeling outstanding customer service and maintaining store organization. You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, address customer concerns, and coordinate priorities with management to meet store goals.
