Customer Experience Lead | Front-End & Loyalty Programs

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience at our Columbus, OH location.
You will lead a team of Associates, supervise registers, and ensure courteous service while promoting loyalty programs. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
