The Pilot School is seeking a strategic Advancement and Communications leader to plan and drive fundraising, marketing, and communications initiatives that strengthen the school’s mission and financial stability.
Reporting to the Head of School, you will lead a small team and collaborate with Trustees, faculty, families, and external partners to advance donor engagement and public messaging in the Mid-Atlantic region.
