Destinationknot is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role based in the United States. You’ll answer inquiries across email, phone, and chat, help with bookings, and troubleshoot travel-related issues while maintaining professional communication and empathetic service.
You will work with CRM systems and booking portals, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-ups. Prior travel industry experience is a plus, but not required, and full training is provided
