About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to join their team. The successful candidate will be the chief development officer, working closely with the CEO/President and Board of Directors to ensure that the organization's mission is supported and that resources are effectively grown.
This role is pivotal in providing vision, leadership, and execution of a global advancement strategy that is in line with the company's focus on advancing the Great Commission. The VP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fundraising, donor engagement, and communications, with the goal of cultivating strong, transformative relationships with a variety of partners.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of fundraising, donor engagement, and communications.
Develop and execute a global advancement strategy aligned with the Great Commission.
Cultivate strong, transformative relationships with individuals, foundations, churches, and other ministry partners.
Collaborate with the CEO/President and Board of Directors to support mission‑driven resource growth.
Qualifications
Proven track record in fundraising.
Deep understanding of aligning financial support with mission.
Ability to secure funds and ensure effective communication of the company's message.
Experience in expanding global presence.
Leadership skills to foster long‑term financial sustainability.
