Senior Producer

Role Description

Production is the engine that drives creative work forward at Code and Theory. Our producers are equal parts creative partner and operational powerhouse:

Champion great ideas from the jump.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology to shape compelling, on-brand work.

Own projects from the first brief or pitch through final delivery.

Proactively identify risks and maintain a mitigation plan.

Serve as the day-to-day client contact on your accounts.

Build genuine trust with senior stakeholders.

Drive alignment across clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Facilitate reviews across creative, strategy, technology, and leadership.

Own project scope, SOWs, budgets, and profitability.

Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships.

Stay ahead of changes in technology, emerging channels, and AI-enabled workflows.

Mentor producers and team members.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience leading integrated projects across digital, social, video, content, and campaign initiatives.

A bias toward action and the ability to figure things out without a perfect brief.

A genuine love of content, storytelling, and creative ideas.

A background in production, line production, account management, or program management.

A track record of real client relationships.

Fluency in budget management and SOW creation.

Experience sourcing and managing vendors and freelancers.

The ability to move fast without breaking things.

Humility and a collaborative spirit.

Benefits

Base compensation range of $100,000-$140,000.

Open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience.

Actual compensation influenced by skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
