Art Director: On-Set Campaign Visionary

POLA Marketing in Covington, LA is seeking an Art Director who will own the visual direction of campaigns. You’ll concept campaigns, art direct photo and video shoots, and design decks that sell the thinking to clients.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, on-set under pressure, then translate shoots into finished work. The role requires 4+ years in design or art direction, a strong portfolio, and the ability to run multiple projects to deadline.
