We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and versatile Copywriter/Editorial Assistant to join our company, a leader in continuing education for financial professionals. This role blends copywriting with editorial project coordination, supporting the development, proofing, and publication of high‑quality educational materials and marketing content. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with exceptional organizational skills, keen eye for accuracy, tone, and knowledgeable in SEO. The role contributes to course development, content marketing, and learner engagement through clear, compelling, and brand‑aligned communications that also improve digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Write compelling copy for course descriptions, website landing pages, and promotional materials to drive enrollment and engagement.

Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to develop and refine course content, including PowerPoint slide decks and supplemental materials.

Manage receipt and archiving of incoming course materials; compare with prior versions to validate accuracy, completeness, and readiness for distribution.

Design and format educational materials for both digital and print publication, ensuring a professional and consistent presentation.

Proof and edit all written content—including website copy, presentation decks, emails, and handouts—to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.

Coordinate with IT and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and compatibility of materials for online platforms and webinars.

Research, write, and edit blog posts on topics related to continuing education, accounting, and financial industry trends to support content marketing efforts, including SEO‑friendly content.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in copywriting, content production, or editorial work.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

Experience managing content workflows and version control for print and digital assets.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with instructors, marketing, and technical teams.

Strong time‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in continuing education or adult learning environments.

Comfort with accounting and financial content.

Familiarity with design tools.
