Document Support Specialist to $95K - Join a Leading Professional Services Organization!

Our client, a respected professional services organization, seeks a Document Support Specialist to manage document production and provide technical support to internal stakeholders across multiple offices. The role focuses on creating, editing, formatting, and troubleshooting complex documents while ensuring exceptional service and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Answer document production requests and ensure timely resolution.

Create, edit, format, and convert complex documents across multiple platforms.

Prepare presentations, organizational charts, correspondence, and mail merge projects.

Manage PDF editing and compilation projects.

Troubleshoot document and software‑related issues.

Maintain expertise in document management and productivity applications.

Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional internal service.

Work model: Hybrid (5:00 pm – 12:30 am).

Qualifications

5+ years of administrative, document production, or secretarial experience in a professional services environment.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PDF editing tools.

Strong problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Positive, customer‑focused attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
