Senior Proposals & Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)

SOCOTEC US in Irvine, CA is looking for a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our office and collaborate with our marketing team in San Diego. The role focuses on preparing marketing documents and proposals in response to RFPs, coordinating with various locations, and ensuring timely submittals.
You will also prepare and update technical resumes, project write-ups, maintain templates and the CRM, and assist with additional marketing tasks as needed.
