We're looking for a commercial professional with proven experience in the European medical cannabis market who knows the German landscape and can convert senior relationships into credible, GMP‑backed supply partnerships. You'll develop and grow our distributor and B2B network across Germany, owning the full commercial cycle and reporting directly to our CCO.
What we're looking for:
5+ years in commercial, sales, or BD in medical cannabis
Experience in the European medical cannabis market An established senior network with German distributors, wholesalers, and licensed operators
Fluent German and English
Familiarity with GMP supply chains and controlled‑substance regulation
What you'll own:
European wholesale revenue, strategic partner relationships, and our brand presence at the point of care as the business scales.
Germany preferred — open to EU‑based candidates (Portugal, UK, other).
