About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy. This executive leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's compensation, benefits, retirement, equity, and employee well-being programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and administering various compensation structures, providing strategic guidance on executive compensation, and overseeing the continuous improvement of all total rewards programs. Key responsibilities also include managing relationships with external vendors, leading the Total Rewards Committee, and driving initiatives that support employee mental health, well-being, and work-life balance.

Candidates for the Vice President of Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive experience in total rewards or related HR functions. A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is required, and additional HR certifications are a plus. The role demands a professional with a strong background in executive compensation, equity plan administration, and retirement programs, as well as experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will possess executive leadership and strategic planning skills, be adept at financial analysis and budgeting, and have a proven track record in change management and organizational development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of performance, care, and employee engagement.
