Senior UX/UI Consultant

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior UX/UI Consultant will lead end-to-end product design, conduct user research, and facilitate client workshops while working remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the design stream on client engagements from discovery and UX architecture to high fidelity UI design and prototyping
Conduct user research and usability testing to translate insights into actionable design solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, leading co-creation sessions and design sprints

Required qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on product design experience (UX/UI) in a digital product environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating the full product design lifecycle, including user flows and design systems
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Experience in leading workshops and discovery sessions to foster alignment and creative problem-solving
Deep expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and modern prototyping tools
