Job Title

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Videographer, Editor and Motion Designer to support the visual storytelling of the THE·TEAM's which may include sports, music, and entertainment work in the areas of talent representation and management.
These channels represent key areas of our business, so you'll be expected to develop a strong understanding of our brand, talent, artists, stakeholders and partners. You'll collaborate closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content that communicates our voice and elevates our presence across platforms.
A major focus of this role will be translating client wins, partnerships, and insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest creative—ranging from long form storytelling, social graphics and infographics to motion and short-form video assets. We operate in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is equally comfortable working independently when needed.
Creative Duties & Execution

Execute visually appealing and compelling video and motion requests to support the needs of the company, primarily assets for social media channels on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. Ensure assets are optimized for each platform.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and motion design.
Design high-quality, on-brand creative across social, digital, and marketing channels
Drive the storytelling side of our visual identity with compelling short form and long form editorial content from ideation, content capturing and editing
Develop motion graphic, templates, and visual systems that ensure consistency across the THE·TEAM's platforms
Execute a range of assets including announcements, talent moments, employee highlights, awards, brand partnerships, and marketing collateral
Travel onsite for key moments in the THE·TEAM's calendar to capture and create compelling content born out of integration with the event/team/clients.
Talent & Cultural Storytelling

Translate company moments, partnerships, and achievements into visually compelling, social-first creative
Collaborate with social, marketing, and talent teams to bring client narratives to life
Stay tapped into culture, trends, and key moments to inform creative direction
Balance creativity with clarity to ensure content is both engaging and brand-aligned
Brand & Collaboration

Maintain and evolve the THE·TEAM's video identity across all touchpoints
Partner closely with internal teams to align creative with strategic and client goals
Apply feedback efficiently while upholding a high standard of design
Workflow & Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams
Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in videography/editing/motion design, preferably within an agency, brand, or sports/music/entertainment environment
Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
Mastering of camera operations (aperture, ISO, shutter speed, lenses), lighting techniques, audio recording
Proficiency in motion design and video editing
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, video and brand design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience editing content for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand motion design, graphics and layouts
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication
Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment
Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Box
Base salary range: $71-72K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
