Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Senior Technical Writer to support User Assistance and Product Management on the Curriculex initiative in a remote contract role. You will craft accessible, user-focused documentation for web and mobile platforms, working with Product Managers and QA to ensure readiness for a customer-facing pilot.
You will interview users, translate complex workflows into manuals, maintain content in MadCap Flare, and publish to internal sites.
