Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Marketing who thrives in a builder environment and has a proven track record of transforming marketing strategy into measurable business results. Reporting directly to the President, this role will lead the execution of our growth marketing playbook, establish marketing systems and processes, generate qualified pipeline, and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

What You'll Do
Translate growth strategy into quarterly and annual marketing execution plans.
Build and scale marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate revenue growth.
Establish marketing processes, workflows, systems, and reporting infrastructure.
Drive continuous optimization through data, analytics, and performance measurement.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Create and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value accounts.
Build qualified sales pipeline through digital campaigns, content initiatives, events, and outbound marketing programs.
Monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and marketing contribution to revenue.
Digital Marketing & Content Development
Lead digital marketing initiatives across websites, email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid channels.
Develop compelling content and thought leadership programs that position the company as an industry leader.
Support customer acquisition and nurture strategies throughout the buyer journey.
Marketing Operations & Technology
Own CRM and marketing automation platforms, including implementation, optimization, adoption, and reporting.
Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Ensure alignment between sales and marketing processes, data quality, and lead management practices.
Partner closely with sales leadership to improve lead handoff, pipeline visibility, and conversion performance.
Develop sales enablement tools, messaging, content, and campaign support materials.
Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and external vendors to execute strategic initiatives.
Event & Industry Marketing
Plan and support trade shows, customer events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
Maximize event ROI through pre-event promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up strategies.
Required Qualifications
8–10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
Proven success building or scaling a marketing function in a lean or resource-conscious environment.
Strong background in demand generation, lead generation, campaign management, and account-based marketing.
Experience developing content marketing, social media, and thought leadership programs.
Experience working with or managing BDR, SDR, or inside sales functions.
Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience preferred.
Experience using Google Analytics and other marketing performance tools.
Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience supporting technical B2B sales organizations with complex or longer sales cycles.
