About This Job
Axos Securities is hiring a Senior Manager of Prospect & B2B Growth Marketing to lead advisor recruiting growth across IBDs and RIAs. This leader owns the full IBD/RIA prospect funnel, from lead generation through qualification, nurture, and sales handoff. Direct accountability spans pipeline volume, lead quality, and conversion rates. The role demands hands-on execution: diagnosing funnel performance, optimizing lead source ROI, managing the sales relationship, and solving blockers in real time. This person will build a scalable prospecting engine, apply rigor to lead quality and conversion metrics, and partner closely with Sales, Recruiting, Product, and Compliance to align marketing output with business needs. This is an execution-first role for someone who gets in the data, moves volume, and doesn't wait for perfect information to act.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end IBD and RIA prospect funnel, including lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion performance, and ROI.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across paid media, content, events, partnerships, and email campaigns
Create targeted segmentation, messaging, lead scoring, qualification, and nurture programs that improve lead quality and conversion
Monitor funnel performance, conversion metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness; identify and resolve performance gaps
Partner closely with Sales, Recruiting, Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align strategy, messaging, forecasting, and lead generation priorities
Build repeatable processes for lead nurturing, sales handoff, and prospect engagement to improve efficiency and results
Leverage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and other analytics tools to drive reporting, attribution, forecasting, and ROI measurement
Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and campaign execution with a focus on compliance, brand standards, speed, and measurable business impact
Serve as the primary marketing partner to Recruiting and Sales leadership, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on pipeline, lead quality, and conversion goals
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressively senior experience in marketing, preferably in securities, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or financial services with team management experience
Demonstrated leadership in growth marketing, performance media, lifecycle marketing, and analytics
Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, and analytics dashboards, like Tableau
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and shape long-term business strategy
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments and mature underdeveloped processes
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
High-judgment operator capable of balancing strategic thinking and team management with hands-on execution
Deep understanding of compliance-driven industries and experience partnering with legal and regulatory stakeholders
