Athlete Experience Leader - Footwear & Apparel

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Team Captain – Footwear & Apparel in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role you will coach teammates, drive sales, and help athletes find performance-enhancing products while upholding merchandising standards.
You will lead staffing, budgeting, and merchandising initiatives, and act as Head Coach when needed, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. Previous leadership and retail experience are preferred.
