The Marketing Specialist is a mid‑level marketing communications professional responsible for owning and executing integrated marketing initiatives and tactics that deliver a consistent, customer‑first experience across touchpoints. This role bridges strategy and execution—translating brand, product, and customer experience priorities into coordinated execution of marketing initiatives that engage customers, support field teams, and drive business outcomes. The position partners closely with Marketing Communications Managers, brand teams, customer experience teams, sales, and agency partners to deliver high‑quality, aligned, and measurable marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of a consistent, customer‑first experience across marketing touchpoints (digital, in‑person, and field interactions).
Translate customer insights into relevant, timely, and personalized engagement: ensure marketing strategies reflect the full customer journey, partner with sales and customer‑facing teams to improve on‑the‑ground interactions, and own execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute campaigns and product launch promotions, including CRM, digital, events, field activation, sales enablement, and communications across owned content, social media, email, website, and external vendor collaborations.
Coordinate across channels (email, CRM, digital, events, field activation) to deliver a connected and cohesive experience, supporting both targeted and broad‑reach initiatives.
Translate product, portfolio, and brand strategies into clear, customer‑relevant messaging and activation plans, ensuring alignment across touchpoints and supporting go‑to‑market execution for launches and key initiatives.
Track performance of marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts across channels, applying insights to improve customer experience, engagement, and marketing effectiveness; support post‑campaign reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications Managers, sales teams, brand and product teams, agencies, and other external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and deliver a cohesive, end‑to‑end customer experience.
Manage day‑to‑day coordination of marketing tactics across stakeholders, prioritizing work based on customer impact and business value.
Identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve consistency across touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience executing multi‑channel marketing strategies or campaigns.
