Responsibilities

Leads a team of Senior Directors responsible for a $20M+ event fundraising portfolio across multiple markets

Drives revenue growth by ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities

Develops and leads a team of Senior Directors, building leadership capability

Drives adoption of enterprise strategies, tools, and best practices across markets

Partners with enterprise and market leadership to align priorities

Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with key donors and corporate partners

Oversees financial performance and resource allocation

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives

Minimum of 5+ years of people‑management experience

Demonstrated experience working with, leading, and developing leadership volunteers

Proven ability to lead large, multi‑market fundraising portfolios and teams of leaders

Advanced strategic planning and execution capabilities

Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance local market needs and organizational priorities

Advanced financial acumen and portfolio management expertise
