Global Commercial Strategy & Sales Director

FOX Factory is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive sales strategy and revenue growth from its California-based offices. This role oversees end-to-end commercial activities, including pricing, channel management, and customer engagement initiatives, while managing multi‑tier distribution and a P&L.
The candidate will partner with the GM and executive team to translate corporate goals into actionable plans, mentor a sales organization, and deliver sustained profitability.
