Job Description
As a B2B Marketing Coordinator , you’ll be part of a structured development program designed to grow you into leadership and management roles. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of B2B sales and marketing, then quickly expand into team coordination, territory management, and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Execute B2B sales and marketing campaigns with small/medium business clients in the San Antonio Metropolitan area

Manage and grow client accounts through relationship‑building, upselling, gaining leads and referrals

Coordinate and support team initiatives and daily operations

Oversee and manage assigned territories and market expansion

Track and analyze team production and performance metrics

Participate in leadership training and help mentor new team members

Collaborate with leadership on strategy, growth, and execution
