VP, Marketing & Communications – North America As our next VP, you will embark on a pivotal mission to lead all aspects of 360‑degree omnichannel Marketing & Communications. You will develop and implement strategies that drive brand positioning, consumer awareness and desirability, client journey, and revenue growth across North America. This highly cross‑functional role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and operational discipline, fostering strong internal and external partnerships to deliver engaging client experiences and meaningful results.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Budget Management: Own strategic allocation and accountability of the A&P budget, ensuring clear ROI tied to regional P&L.
Drive integrated marketing and communications strategies across all departments (Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce/CRC, Finance, Operations, HR).
Serve as a key member of the North America Executive Committee and primary strategic partner with HQ.

Brand & Communications Strategy: Define and localize the Maison’s brand narrative for North America, adapting HQ guidelines for product launches and messaging.
Oversee integrated media strategy (digital, print, social, OOH/DOOH) for brand building and performance, directing agency partnerships.
Curate relationships within entertainment, sports, and cultural industries for high‑visibility placements and manage local brand reputation.

Client Engagement & Experience: Define the strategic vision for the B2C event calendar (approx. 300 annually) with built‑in ROI measurement.
Own the North America CRM strategy in partnership with commercial heads, championing a client‑centric mindset and designing personalized client journeys.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing and communications team, fostering innovation and agility.

Qualifications 12-15 years of progressive marketing/communications experience, with at least 7 years leading cross‑functional teams, ideally within luxury, premium retail, or hospitality.
Deep understanding of the luxury client, brand codes, and the North American market dynamics.
Proven track record in strategic A&P budget management with measurable ROI and driving transformational change.
Exceptional executive‑level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
A strategic, creative, and analytical mindset, leveraging data for informed decision‑making.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to building impactful partnerships and activations.
Proficiency with relevant marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, SAP) and analytics tools.
Fluent English is essential; French or Italian is a strong asset, along with willingness to travel.
